Hallway with sep. wc and door through to BEDROOM 1 which has a double bed, twin wash basins, and en suite large, walk in shower. On the first floor, which is approached via a stone spiral staircase, there is BEDROOM 2, ideal for children as there are two single beds, two sofas, one of which can also sleep a child, and a television. BEDROOM 3 has two extra wide, antique single beds, and an ensuite bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc. BEDROOM 4 has a double bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with a bath, wash basin and wc. LOCAL AMENITIES Nearest town is Periers which has a variety of shops for everyday needs, with the larger towns of St Lo and Coutances for shops, restaurants, swimming pools and ice skating rink in Coutances being approx 20 minutes by car. There are golf courses and beaches at Agon Coutainville, St Martin de Brehal and Granville. Possible to go to Jersey by ferry from Carteret and Granville during the summer season and all year round from St Malo.
