For your comfort there is a table and chairs for dining and two sofas. For your entertainment a DVD player is provided together with a television which receives UK channels via the Channel Islands. There is also broadband internet available as the property has a wireless router giving excellent, speedy access. Upstairs is a double bedroom with double bed, window overlooking the garden, chest of drawers, bedside tables and hanging space. En suite shower room with wash basin, wc and extra large shower. Heating throughout is by electricity. The rental price is inclusive of bed linen, towels, gas and electricity. Non smokers only please. The nearest shops can be found 4 kms or 5 minutes away in the small town of Roncey. Larger shops, supermarkets and a good choice of restaurants can be found in Coutances. Additional features include the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer which are not in the property itself, but easily accessible. When the owners are not in residence, a telephone is provided for emergency use only. The property is pet friendly but only with prior agreement.
