Two archways lead from dining area through to large, well furnished sitting room with television and sliding patio doors leading out to covered patio area and garden. Open tread staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor where there are three good sized bedrooms, with beams and velux windows. One bedroom has a double bed with a wc and basin next to it, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a sturdy set of bunk beds. There is also a large mezzanine area overlooking lounge area, providing an ideal place to relax, read, play etc. With oil fired central heating throughout this house is suitable for holidays at any time of the year. The garden is lawned with trees and shrubs and there is a large area for parking. A further parcel of land which belongs to the house runs along the private access road which serves both this house and the house next door. Ideal location for bikes. Safe for children. LOCATION The cathedral town of Coutances with its shops, restaurants, supermarkets, ice skating rink and indoor swimming pool is approx 20 minutes south and the market town of Lessay is just a few minutes down the road. The famous Abbey at Le Mont St Michel, the Tapestry at Bayeux and the WW II D Day Landing Beaches are just a few of the places of interest to visit and there is even a chateau just down the road from the house on the way to the beach. Plenty of golf courses nearby including one at Marchesieux, Agon Coutainville, St Martin de Bréhal and Breville sur Mer. The ferry port at Cherbourg is within approx 1 hour.
