Double opening glazed doors give access to the patio and garden. Beyond the kitchen there is a bathroom with corner bath, wash basin, and washing machine. Separate wc. Stairs from the dining area lead to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and leads through to Bedroom 2 which has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and an en suite shower room, separate wc. Bedroom 3 also has 2 single beds. From the kitchen there are double opening, arched, glazed doors leading onto the patio from where there are wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. Steps lead down from here to the well established and interesting garden on different levels. Large area with many ornamental and fruit trees and shrubs. Garden furniture and BBQ. To the side of the main garden area, there is a disused pond which for safety reasons the owners have decided not to fill. At the far end of the garden there is a well which although covered, is not locked. Situated in a quiet road with parking outside the house, and an adjoining garage for one car. The weekly market is held on Fridays at Montmartin sur Mer and during July and August there is a huge market through the streets of Hauteville sur Mer on Sunday mornings. Good restaurants nearby as are horse riding, tennis and golf facilities. There is also an ice skating rink and swimming pool in the cathedral town of Coutances approx 15 minutes by car, and a marina, harbour, and swimming pool at Granville less than half an hour away.
